BWQ series explosion-proof sewage and sewage submersible pumps are the latest generation of explosion-proof pump products of our company; this series of products are in accordance with GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment"
According to the requirements of GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "D"", it is made into a flameproof type, and refers to Q/SR01-2021 "Explosion-proof sewage and sewage submersible pump "Standards to manufacture.
The explosion-proof mark is: EXDIIBT4GB. It is suitable for use in places containing flammable gases or explosive mixtures of steam and air in Class II Group A and Class B T1~T4 (EXDIIAT4GB, EXDIIB T4GB),
Explosion-proof sewage sewage submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as explosion-proof electric pump) for pumping sewage (or similar liquid) containing certain solid impurities.

Conditions of Use

Explosion-proof electric pumps should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions:
1. The power supply is single-phase or three-phase AC, rated frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 220V, 380V, 660V, 1140V, and the voltage fluctuation does not exceed -15% to 10% of the rated value.
2. In the environment containing explosive gas (zone 1 and zone 2), in the environment of group T1~T4 of category IIA and IB;
3. The altitude of the place of use should not exceed 1000m;
4. The submerged depth of the explosion-proof electric pump is based on the center of the impeller, and should not exceed 5m, and it should be ensured that the motor is completely submerged in the water;
5. Transmission medium temperature: 0-60°C;
6. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
7. The volume ratio of solid matter in the conveying medium is less than 2%, and the largest solid particle contained in it should meet the requirements in Table 1; the density of the conveying medium should not exceed 1200kg/m³.
